Inspection Services

Pre-Production Inspection (PPI): Verify raw materials and components before manufacturing begins. We ensure your factory is ready with the correct fabric, trims, and production plan to avoid costly mistakes later.

During Production Inspection (DUPRO): Performed when 20–50% of the order is completed. This identifies early defects and production bottlenecks, allowing for corrective action while there is still time.

Final Random Inspection (FRI): Our most critical service, conducted when 80–100% of goods are packed. Using AQL sampling, we check workmanship, functionality, labeling, and packaging to give a final Pass/Fail recommendation.

Container Loading Supervision (CLS): We stand on-site during the loading process to ensure the correct quantity is loaded, cartons are handled professionally, and the container is properly sealed for transit.
